| My work is inspired by the natural rhythms of geological and biological
forms, filtered through an appreciation of the materials and design sensibilities
of architectural and industrial design. I explore issues of the individual’s
relationship to the human community and the natural world.
Martin Webster has been a member of Mountain Sculptors since its founding, and served as secretary of the steering committee for six years. Mountain Sculptors is an association of artists creating three-dimensional work in Western North Carolina and the surrounding region. |
